Principal Leondra Williams and Assistant Principal David Simms of James Matthews Elementary School at Dollarway School District made presentations at Arkansas Tech University at Russellville.
They recently attended the 2019 Assistant Principals Workshop, according to a news release.
“Their presentation shared the principles of The Cardinal Rule that helps to guide learning and instruction for their campus,” according to the release. “Principals and assistant principals from around the state were in attendance and received important information to assist assistant principals in their administration roles.”
They also listened to other leaders and educators with notable programs in their schools. Attendees also networked to share ideas with educators from around the state.
