The Ivy Center for Education students will meet from 6-7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 28, at Faith Presbyterian Church, 913 University Drive. Students in 7-12th grades are encouraged to attend.
A robotics build and programming seminar will be conducted by Sederick C. Rice director of the Math and Science Pre-College Science Technology Engineering and Math Center at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.
The goal of the seminar is to introduce students to Vex IQ and Lego Mindstorm robotics kits and their programming platforms to support the formation of robotic teams to compete regionally and nationally.
