Bessie Lancelin, director of clinical services at Southeast Arkansas Behavioral Healthcare Systems, is the scheduled speaker.
Coffee with the Chiefs provides an opportunity for law enforcement and fire safety officials to interact with ministers to exchange information and ideas for reducing crime and arson and other safety issues in Pine Bluff. Elected officials and residents are invited to attend.
