An event announced in the March 29 edition of The Commercial has been cancelled.
The performance of the singing duo Hungrytown, scheduled for Wednesday, April 6, at the main branch of the Pine Bluff/Jefferson County Library System, has been cancelled.
“Lack of satisfactory contract and publicity arrangements made this action necessary,” a library spokesman said in a news release.
