House of Levi Inc. will provide a $500 scholarship to a high school senior who is enrolled at a two year or four year institution of higher learning.
All applications will be accepted and priority consideration will be given to eligible applicants in three categories: students whose parents are disabled or deceased; those who will be a first-generation higher-education student; and students who participated in volunteerism at least one year before graduation.
Applications and an official transcript must be returned by May 15, 2014.
