Historic Preservation Program plans session at Pine Bluff

The Arkansas Historic Preservation Program, an agency of the Department of Arkansas Heritage, will conduct a listening session at Pine Bluff to seek comments on regional historic preservation issues.

The meeting will be held at 5 p.m. July 26 at the Donald W. Reynolds Community Services Center, 211 W. Third Ave.

The meeting is targeted for residents from Jefferson, Lincoln, Arkansas, Cleveland, Dallas, Grant, Drew, Desha, Phillips, Monroe and Prairie counties, however it is open to the public.

The Arkansas Historic Preservation Program is the agency of the Department of Arkansas Heritage responsible for the identification, evaluation, registration and preservation of the state’s cultural resources.
