The Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department will hold a public involvement meeting to discuss the proposed plans to construct a connecting route between Arkansas highways 83 and 278 near Monticello.
The meeting will follow an open house format and will be held from 4-7 p.m. Thursday, June 15, at the fellowship hall of Monticello Second Baptist Church, 1032 Old Warren Road at Monticello.
The public is invited to visit any time during the scheduled hours to view displays, ask questions and offer comments.
