The Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department has changed the time for one of its celebrations July 19.
The agency will celebrate the completion of the widening of U.S. 65 from two lanes to four lanes between Pine Bluff and Lake Village.
The time for the Dumas event was changed to 10:45 a.m. July 19. The celebration will be held in the front parking lot of the Merchants and Farmers Bank in Dumas on U.S. 65.
The second event will be held at 2 p.m. at the highway department’s District 2 Headquarters in Pine Bluff, 4900 U.S. 65 South.
