The Henderson State University Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center will present a seminar from 2-4 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 18, at the Grant County Chamber of Commerce, 202 N. Oak St. in Sheridan, to help small businesses improve their marketing efforts.
An overview of general marketing techniques will be presented, along with suggestions for small budgets. Attendees will learn how to create a marketing plan and calendar and determine their target markets.
