The precautionary fish consumption notice issued April 17 has been lifted for Flat Bayou near Altheimer.
The Arkansas Department of Health received confirmation from the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality that cleanup of the contaminated debris dumped into Flat Bayou, located near Altheimer, has been completed.
Water sample tests taken after cleanup indicate no anticipated health effects in humans.
