The Joe Hardin Lock and Dam at Altheimer and the Emmett Sanders Lock and Dam at Pine Bluff have reopened to traffic on the McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System. The locks were closed because of high flows, which have now dropped to safe levels.
