Brief delays may be experienced at Joe Hardin Lock and Dam (No. 3 near Pine Bluff,) Dec. 5- 23 from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., a spokesman from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers said Tuesday.
There may be delays while replacement of the lock motor control center takes place. No closures are scheduled for this work.
