Ted Harden, justice of the peace on the Jefferson County Quorum Court, will be the speaker this week at the Pine Bluff Kiwanis Club. The club meets each Wednesday at noon at the Pine Bluff Country Club. Anyone interested is welcome to attend.
Harden is completing his 10th term on the Quorum Court, where he serves as chairman of the community development and grants committee. He is also a member of the finance, building and grounds and education committees. He also serves on the Finance and Intergovernmental Affairs Committee for the National Association of Counties.
After 35 years in the banking industry, where he served in management and senior management positions. he is now serving his 20th year as a Justice of the Peace.
