The Guachoya Cultural Art Center at Lake Village recently announced upcoming events for the new year.
• The center’s 2012 Membership Drive will begin Jan. 6.
• A Member Appreciation reception will be at 5:30 p.m. Jan. 24. A brief business meeting will be held to introduce the new board members and executive board.
• The Delta Artists Association will exhibit in February and March, with the opening reception from 6-7:30 p.m. Feb. 9 .
• The center will then make plans for its annual St. Patrick’s Day party! Participants are encouraged to think green.
