B.R.A.V.E. (Banishing Racial Animosity Vigorously Everywhere) of Pine Bluff Inc. would like to extend its deepest condolences to the family of Officer Kevin Collins, the Pine Bluff Police Department and many friends.
Officer Collins was a pillar in our community, a friend to our organization and family to one of our members. He was a dedicated mentor to the youth and made lasting impressions on many teenagers. His tall stance, serious demeanor, kind smile and caring attitude towards the citizens of Pine Bluff will be forever remembered and greatly missed.
