Lieutenant Gov. Tim Griffin will speak in Pine Bluff at the “Flip the Switch” event for the Jefferson County Solar Array. The event will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 20, at the Jack Jones Juvenile Detention Center, 211 E. Barraque St.
