The Arkansas State Highway Commission has approved a bid to resurface and stripe 2.3 miles of County Roads 45 and 716 in Grant County.
Work will be done on County Road 45, extending north from Prattsville to Arkansas 291 for 2.3 miles. Construction is scheduled to begin in two to four weeks, weather permitting. The project should be complete by Sept. 30.
Vance Brothers Inc. of Kansas City, Missouri, was awarded the contract at $94,955.85, according to the Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department.
