Grace Willing Workers enjoy Little Rock outing

The Grace Willing Workers Extension Homemakers recently traveled to Little Rock for an educational/fellowship tour.

The group agreed that the highlight of the tour was the Esse Purse Museum. It showcases the evolution of the 20th century American woman through the purses she carried along with a selection of items that the women from each era carried in them.

The museum button display also fascinated the group. Several members shopped in the museum store.

The group next headed to the Flying Fish Restaurant for lunch, followed by a trolley ride to North Little Rock.

Those enjoying the day included Connie Herrin, Debbie James, Marjorie Zuber, Nancy Rosen, Betty Lacy, Brenda Robinson, Kaye Richardson, Delores Kelley, Carolyn Harness, Shirley Shelley, Juanita Cook, Margaret Thomas, Lynda Toler and Jefferson County Extension Office Family and Consumer Science Agent Mary Ann Kizer.
