LITTLE ROCK — Gov. Mike Beebe on Tuesday announced 30 appointments to state boards and commissions including two Southeast Arkansas residents:
• Wayne Branton of Wilmot was reappointed to the Arkansas Catfish Promotion Board until June 30, 2014.
• Al Lowery of Pine Bluff was reappointed to the Southeast Arkansas College Board of Trustees until July 1, 2019.
