Gov. Mike Beebe appointed these Southeast Arkansas residents to state boards and commissions Tuesday:
• Jay Coker of Stuttgart was reappointed to the Arkansas Rice Research and Promotion Board until June 30, 2016.
• Katherine Earlywine of Stuttgart was appointed to the State Board of Sanitarians until June 30, 2019. She replaces David McKinnon.
• Charles Ledbetter of Fordyce was reappointed to the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Licensing Board until June 30, 2018.
• Derrick Newby of Pine Bluff was reappointed to the State Board of Sanitarians until June 30, 2019.
