The Gould Police Department will host the the National Prescription Drug Take Back program. On Saturday, Oct. 26, 2013 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Gould residents may bring all unused, expired prescription medications to the police department so that it may be disposed of properly.
Gould police have partnered with the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), Arkansas Department of Health and local and regional law enforcement agencies for the National Prescription Drug Take Back program.
The police department was granted a MedReturn Drug Collection Unit by the health department and now Gould police is one of many official sites for the collection of unused or expired prescription medication.
