For a few hours on a sunny Saturday, Martin Luther King Jr. Park turned into a midway.
The smell of barbecue and sound of music filled the air in northern Pine Bluff as little ones took to their right-sized carnival rides for Jefferson County’s second annual Fun Day. The day began with a fishing derby in partnership between County Judge Gerald Robinson’s office and the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission. As for the fun stations, a merry-go-round, Ferris wheel, inflatable slides and giant bullseye kept the kids playing.
