The Jefferson County Community Development Corp., 700 S. Main St., will sponsor a free workshop on housing, personal finance and credit counseling.
The event will be held from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, Aug. 15, at the corporation. Refreshments will be served and there will be door prizes. Details: 536-1074.
