Food will be given away Friday, Sept. 8, starting at 11 a.m. at Southeast Middle School, 2001 S. Ohio St.
Arkansas Food Bank is scheduled to bring a variety of items free for the community, according to Debra Allen, director of the First Ward Outreach.
Also Friday, the First Ward Outreach is offering a VIP brunch at 10 a.m. for elected officials and city and county employees.
