Franklin reappointed to state board

Gov. Mike Beebe on Wednesday reappointed Lloyd Franklin Sr. of Pine Bluff to the Arkansas Coalition for Juvenile Justice Board.

Franklin’s reappoinment will expire Aug. 15. 2016.
