Corrective Action: Nonfood contact surfaces shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. Observation: Observed trash can with no lid. Trash cans shall have a lid when not in continuous use.
OCEANS FISH AND CHICKEN, 2611 W. 28th Ave. Date of inspection June 10. At least one EMPLOYEE that has supervisory and management responsibility and the authority to direct and control FOOD preparation and service shall be a certified FOOD protection manager who has shown proficiency of required information through passing a test that is part of an ACCREDITED PROGRAM. Observed wiping cloths stored on the counters. Wiping cloths shall be used as intended and in compliance with Regulations pertaining to Retail Food establishment. Observed a several boxes of paper products stored on the floor. Must use single service items in accordance to regulations. Observation: Walls and ceiling tiles are soiled in kitchen area. Corrective Action: Nonfood contact surfaces shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. Observation: Air vents need to be cleaned. Corrective Action: Clean the physical facilities as often as necessary to keep them clean. Observation: Floors in establishment need to be cleaned.
