At least one EMPLOYEE that has supervisory and management responsibility and the authority to direct and control FOOD preparation and service shall be a certified FOOD protection manager who has shown proficiency of required information through passing a test that is part of an ACCREDITED PROGRAM. Observed hand washing sink blocked. A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use, and do not use for purposes other than handwashing. Corrected during time of inspection. Observed sugar not labeled. Label information shall include: (1) The common name of the FOOD, or an adequately descriptive identity statement, (2) a list of ingredients in descending order of predominance by weight (including any artificial colorings or preservatives), (3) An accurate declaration of the quantity of contents; and (4) The name and place of business of the manufacturer, packer, or distributor, And (5) The name of the FOOD source for each MAJOR FOOD ALLERGEN contained in the FOOD (unless the FOOD source is already part of the common or usual name of the respective ingredient).

A hand washing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use, and do not use for purposes other than handwashing. Dishes were moved during the inspection.

HARDING FOOD MART, 10900 Highway 270, White Hall. Date of inspection Jan. 28. At least one EMPLOYEE that has supervisory and management responsibility and the authority to direct and control FOOD preparation and service shall be a certified FOOD protection manager who has shown proficiency of required information through passing a test that is part of an ACCREDITED PROGRAM. Observed several boxes of food in the reach in freezer being stored uncovered. Except during cooling, food shall be stored in packages, covered containers, or wrappers. Food was covered during the inspection. Observed single serve cups and coffee straws being stored uncovered and not protected by packaging. Must be stored in original package and in a manner that prevents contamination. Observed several damaged ceiling tiles throughout the establishment. The PHYSICAL FACILITIES shall be maintained in good repair.
