Inspections are made unannounced by environmental health specialists.

At least one EMPLOYEE that has supervisory and management responsibility and the authority to direct and control FOOD preparation and service shall be a certified FOOD protection manager who has shown proficiency of required information through passing a test that is part of an ACCREDITED PROGRAM. Observed sugar not labeled. Food not in the original packages for use in Establishment must be identified with the common name of the Food 2/15/2024 39 3-305.10 C Observed drinks stored directly on the floor. Food must be stored six inches above the floor to be in compliance with established regulations.

SOUTHEAST ARKANSAS BEHAVIORAL HEALTHCARE SYSTEM, 2500 Rike Drive. Date of inspection Feb. 1. Olives and carrots (43 degrees F) and margarine (42 degrees F) in the refrigerator are out of safe temperature range. Time/Temperature Control for Safety (TCS) Foods shall be kept cold at a temperature of 41.0°F or below, as measured by an internal probe thermometer, to limit bacterial growth.

NEIGHBOR TO NEIGHBOR INC., 1419 Pine St. Date of inspection Feb. 1. After washing wares in machine, sanitize them in nearby sink with the proper chlorine solution until dish machine is repaired. Not getting a chlorine reading on dish machine with test strips. A chlorine solution shall measure 50-100 mg/L at a temperature of 75°F-100°F.
