Inspections are made unannounced by environmental health specialists.

At least one EMPLOYEE that has supervisory and management responsibility and the authority to direct and control FOOD preparation and service shall be a certified FOOD protection manager who has shown proficiency of required information through passing a test that is part of an ACCREDITED PROGRAM. Observation: observed trash can with no lid. Trash cans must have a lid when not in continuous use or if it contains food residue.

Provide a supply of individual disposable towels or a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel or a heated-air drying device at each handwashing sink in food preparation toilet and warewashing areas. HANK’S GET N GO mobile, 3201 Kendyl St. Date of inspection Dec. 17. No paper towels observed in the mobile unit during the inspection. Provide a supply of individual disposable towels or a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel or a heated air drying device at each handwashing sink in food preparation, toilet and warewashing areas. Mobile unit was not in operation during time of inspection. Owner said that the mobile unit has not been in operation since October 2023. Hot and cold running water and paper towels needed before opening next.

Time/Temperature Control for Safety (TCS) Foods shall be kept cold at a temperature of 41.0°F or below, as measured by an internal probe thermometer, to limit bacterial growth.
