Inspections are made unannounced by environmental health specialists.

At least one EMPLOYEE that has supervisory and management responsibility and the authority to direct and control FOOD preparation and service shall be a certified FOOD protection manager who has shown proficiency of required information through passing a test that is part of an ACCREDITED PROGRAM.
KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN, 2707 W. 28th Ave. Date of inspection July 10. Observed two containers of seasonings out of their original packages. Food not in the original packages for use in Establishment must be identified with the common name of the food. Observed some used wiping cloths sitting on the counter tops. Wiping cloths shall be used as intended and in compliance with Regulations pertaining to Retail Food establishment.
BEST WESTERN PRES HOTEL, Highway 65 and Market St. Date of inspection July 23. At least one EMPLOYEE that has supervisory and management responsibility and the authority to direct and control FOOD preparation and service shall be a certified FOOD protection manager who has shown proficiency of required information through passing a test that is part of an ACCREDITED PROGRAM. Observation: Observed only a two compartment sink. A sink with at least 3 compartments shall be provided for manually washing, rinsing, and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
