Inspections are made unannounced by environmental health specialists.

HR FOOD MART, 201 Edline, Altheimer. Date of follow-up April 9. At least one EMPLOYEE that has supervisory and management responsibility and the authority to direct and control FOOD preparation and service shall be a certified FOOD protection manager who has shown proficiency of required information through passing a test that is part of an ACCREDITED PROGRAM. Observation: Observed walls in facility unclean and needs to be cleaned. Corrective Action: Nonfood contact surfaces shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. Observation: Facility needs to cleaned. Corrective Action: Clean the physical facilities as often as necessary to keep them clean. Observation: Observed missing floor tiles in facility. Corrective Action: The PHYSICAL FACILITIES shall be maintained in good repair.
GALLO REGIO, 4619 Dusty Lake Drive, Lot 7. Date of inspection April 9. At least one EMPLOYEE that has supervisory and management responsibility and the authority to direct and control FOOD preparation and service shall be a certified FOOD protection manager who has shown proficiency of required information through passing a test that is part of an ACCREDITED PROGRAM. Observed wiping cloths laying on counter top. Wiping cloths shall be used as intended and in compliance with Regulations pertaining to Retail Food establishment.

DELTA – ARAMARK, 1701 S. Spruce St., Slot 4901. Date of inspection April 9. Observation: Observed walk in cooler not holding correct temperatures. Corrective Action: Time/Temperature Control for Safety (TCS) Foods shall be kept cold at a temperature of 41.0°F or below, as measured by an internal probe thermometer, to limit bacterial growth. Observation: Observed an accumulation of food residue on shelf near the salad bar. Corrective Action: Nonfood contact surfaces shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. Shelf was cleaned during time of inspection.
AVITAJ LLC, 8006 Dollarway Road, White Hall. Date of inspection April 9. Observed raw fish and raw beef being stored above vegetables in the walk in cooler. Separate raw animal foods during storage, preparation, holding, and display from ready-to-eat food. Raw fish and raw beef were moved below the vegetables during the inspection. Observed seasonings being stored in bulk bins out of their original packaging not labeled with the contents it contains. Food not in the original packages for use in establishment must be identified with the common name of the food.
ALL ABOUT KIDS-AR, 500 S. Mulberry St., Suite C. Date of inspection April 9. Observed no paper towels at hand-washing sink. Provide a supply of individual disposable towels or a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel or a heated-air drying device at each hand-washing sink in food preparation, toilet and warewashing areas. Corrected on site.
