A fishing clinic will be held from 6-7 p.m. Friday at the Gov. Mike Huckabee Delta Rivers Nature, 1400 Black Dog Road.
The first 50 kids (15 and under) to attend the clinic will receive a voucher for a free rod and reel, redeemable at the fishing derby from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Park.
For the Saturday event, participants are asked to bring their own bait and tackle. Door prizes and gifts will be given away.
