Fishing Derby at MLK Park
A boy, who is too shy to reveal his name, shows off a catfish caught during the Pine Bluff Police Department's Annual Fishing Derby on Saturday at Martin Luther King Park Pond. More than 200 people attended the event, which included food, prizes, games and a pie-eating contest. The PBPD handed out goodie bags for senior adults. The pond was stocked with more than 500 catfish for the event. "We want to thank (the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission) and everyone who came out to the event," PBPD public information specialist John Worthen said. "We are already looking forward to next year."
