Pine Bluff Fire and Emergency Services Department personnel responded to more than 4,700 calls during 2015, according to its annual report released Monday.
The report showed 4,776 calls last year, 44 more than in 2014, for an average of 13 per day.
Emergency medical calls accounted for 55 percent of the total, compared to 54 percent of the calls in 2014.
Firefighters responded to 2,631 EMS calls in 2014, compared to 2,559 in 2014.
There were 121 structure fires last year, 13 fewer than in 2014, and 62 vehicle fires, which was 14 less than in 2014.

A total of 239 brush/grass/rubbish fires were reported last year, 18 more than in 2014.
There were 256 motor vehicle accidents with injures in 2015 compared to 207 in 2014.
A total of 320 fire alarms were reported, 45 more than in 2014.
Also according to the report, 156 smoke alarms were installed in 2015, 59 home surveys were conducted and 242 burn permits were issued.
In December, 11 structure fires were reported, four in Ward 1, two in Ward 2 and five in Ward 4.
Six vehicle fires and 15 brush/grass/rubbish fires were reported in December.
Firefighters responded to 208 emergency medical calls and 17 traffic accidents with injuries.
They answered 24 alarm calls, as well as 29 false alarms.
