The Pine Bluff Chapter 287 of the National Active and Retired Federal Employees (NARFE) will meet at the Donald W. Reynolds Community Services Building, Third Avenue and Pine Street, at 11:30 a.m. July 23.
Robert Hopkins, vice president and regional executive of the Little Rock Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, will be the guest speaker. The meeting is open to members and prospective members of NARFE, as well as anyone interested in information on the Federal Reserve.
