Guachoya Art Center in Lake Village announces upcoming exhibits.
An exhibit of the annual Photography Contest for Amateurs and the Local Ladies Paint Class will be displayed until Wednesday, Aug. 26. The theme of the contest is horses.
A Mother-Daughter Exhibit will feature work from art teachers Melanie Tucker and Iris Mitchell of Greenville. The exhibit will run from Thursday, Sept. 3, through Thursday, Oct. 29. A free reception will be held from 6-7:30 p.m. Sept. 3. The public is invited to attend.
