Event to meet candidates set for Tuesday
District 65 state Rep. Vivian Flowers, a candidate for mayor of Pine Bluff, and Kanisher Caldwell, a candidate for Flowers’ seat, will host “Cocoa & Conversations,” an event to meet the candidates, from 7-8 a.m. and 7-8 p.m. Tuesday at Indigo Blue Coffeehouse, 212 W. Barraque St.
