The Sigma Nu Chapter of the Epsilon Sigma Alpha Association met recently in the home of Barbara Taylor.
Philanthropic Chairwoman Wanda Warring was the hostess and President Kathey Wooley called the meeting to order. All members recited the opening ritual.
The reading about the December meeting by the acting secretary and was approved as read.
Waring requested all hours and money, (food bought), donations for a needy family, all hours for the Salvation Army and any other philanthropic hours or monies be submitted.
A rush was discussed and plans were made to hold a rush starting with the Sweetheart Banquet in February. The president requested names be turned in for the rush as soon as possible.

Preparations for the Sweetheart Banquet are to began immediately. Wooley, the Woman of the Year, will chair the committee for selection of the new Woman of the Year and Awards Chairwoman, Katie Taylor, will prepare awards if any.
The disaster chairwoman, Warring, provided a gift to be raffled and Patty Membrey won the gift.
