The Pine Bluff/Jefferson County Economic Opportunities Commission will end the regular Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program Friday, Sept. 16.
The crisis portion of LIHEAP will continue until Sept. 30 or until funds are depleted. EOC administers LIHEAP in Jefferson, Grant, Cleveland, Arkansas and Lincoln counties. Details: 536-0046.
