The Pine Bluff/Jefferson County Economic Opportunities Commission will end the crisis portion of the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program Friday, Sept. 30. EOC will take approximately 20 applications through Friday.
LIHEAP offers assistance to people who need help paying home energy bills. EOC administers LIHEAP in Jefferson, Grant, Cleveland, Arkansas and Lincoln counties. Details: 536-0046.
