The crisis program of LIHEAP will end Friday, April 17, at the Pine Bluff/Jefferson County Economic Opportunities Commission.
The Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program helps people to pay home energy bills. EOC administers LIHEAP in Jefferson, Grant, Cleveland, Arkansas and Lincoln counties.
