The Eloquent Ladies Civic and Social Club will present the fourth annual Black History Extravaganza at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 17, at the Mt. Harmony Baptist Church Family Life Center, 812 E. Harding Ave.
The guest speaker will be Dr. Joycelyn Elders, former U.S. Surgeon General. Admission is free and refreshments will be served.
According to a spokesman, the service will also acknowledge accomplishments of people of Pine Bluff displays will depict African American heritage.
Eloquent Ladies Civic and Social Club is a member of the National Association of Colored Women’s Clubs Inc.
