The Jefferson County Board of Election Commissioners will meet for the Preferential Primary Election and Nonpartisan Election on March 1 beginning at 7:30 a.m. at the Jefferson County Election Center.
The purpose is to monitor the election and announce unofficial results for early voting, absentee voting and election day results after 7:30 p.m.
The panel may also conduct any other business that may come before the board.
