Early voting for the Go Forward Pine Bluff sales tax special election begins today at 8:30 a.m. at the Jefferson County Courthouse. The initiative is proposing a five-eigths cent sales tax for economic development in the city. Early voting continues through Friday and resumes again on Monday. Early voting polls will close each day at 5 p.m. Voters may cast their ballots from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. at their respective polling places on election day, Tuesday, June 13.
