Pine Bluff Downtown Development Inc. will hold its annual meeting with the West Pine Bluff Rotary Club at noon Thursday, Nov. 12, at the Pine Bluff Country Club.
New board members will be announced and Joy Blakenship, Downtown Development executive director, will give the annual report.
Alex Smith and Adam Osweller of McClelland Consulting Engineers Inc will discuss “pop ups,” a term used to gain attention to public spaces for reuse that can be investments in the downtown area.
