A small segment of downtown Pine Bluff was without power for a short time Wednesday morning.
Entergy Arkansas spokeswoman Diane Tatum said approximately 35 customers were impacted by the outage, which was attributed to an equipment failure.
Several downtown businesses lost briefly lost power when the outage occurred at about 11 a.m. Power was restored shortly after that.
