The Pine Bluff Police Department has changed the location of the Domestic Violence Walk 2018. The event will be held from noon to 2 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 16, at Bethany Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, 1923 S. Olive St., according to a spokesman. The guest speaker will be Laura Abbott, a victim rights advocate. The community is invited to participate.
