Dollarway School District will host a Community Voices Meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 30, at the cafeteria of Robert Morehead Middle School, 2601 Fluker St. Dinner will be served at 5:30 p.m.
All Dollarway Stakeholders are invited, including teachers and staff, parents, students, community leaders an patrons. The district will also accept the community’s feedback and support, according to a news release.
Topics at the meeting will include: the district’s Annual Report to the Public; Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) Report Grades (a law that governs the U.S. K-12 public education policy); and Positive Behavioral Intervention and Supports (PBIS), a behavior management system with the goal to improve social, emotional and academic outcomes for all students.
