The Jefferson County Democratic Women will meet at 6 p.m. Monday, Sept. 11, at the Holiday Inn Express at The Pines Mall. The date was changed because of Labor Day.
The guest speaker will be Wanda Bynum of Little Rock, the state president of the Arkansas Federation of Democratic Women. The AFDW regional meeting will be held at Little Rock Saturday, Nov. 18, and plans are being finalized, a spokeswoman said.
