Dedication ceremonies for the new CASA Women’s Shelter Donald W. Reynolds Center will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, April 26 at 113 State St.
Karen Palmer, executive director of the Committee Against Spouse Abuse Women’s Shelter, said tours of the facility will be offered after the ceremony.
